Resort Hotel Policies, Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms carefully before booking or staying at SeaShine Beach Resort. These policies help us ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience for every guest.

Booking & Reservation Policy

  • All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation from the resort.
  • Guests must provide valid identification and contact details during booking.
  • Advance payment or booking deposit may be required to confirm reservations.
  • Rates may vary during weekends, holidays, festivals, or peak seasons.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests.
  • Foreign guests must present passport and visa documents.
  • Unmarried couples are allowed only with valid ID proof as per local laws.
  • Guests below 18 years must be accompanied by parents or guardians.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation made before 7 days of check-in may receive full or partial refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival may attract cancellation charges.
  • No refund for no-show bookings or early departures.
  • Refund processing may take 7-14 working days depending on payment mode.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking.
  • Additional charges incurred during stay must be cleared before check-out.
  • Taxes applicable as per government regulations.

Guest Conduct Policy

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests.
  • Loud music, parties, or disturbances after permitted hours are prohibited.
  • Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, or misconduct are strictly prohibited.
  • Resort management reserves the right to remove guests causing inconvenience or damage.

Damage & Liability Policy

  • Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to resort property.
  • Charges for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning may be applied.
  • The resort is not responsible for loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to use lockers or safe deposit facilities where available.

Swimming Pool & Activities Policy

  • Use of swimming pool and recreational facilities is at guest's own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
  • Proper swimwear is mandatory in pool areas.
  • Resort is not liable for injuries occurring during recreational activities.

Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the resort premises.
  • Restaurant operating hours must be followed.
  • Food allergies or dietary restrictions should be informed in advance.

Pet Policy

  • Pets may be allowed only in designated rooms or areas.
  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and control of pets at all times.
  • Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.

Force Majeure

  • The resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or events beyond reasonable control.
